Our commitment to you


Some homes have passenger lifts or stair lifts. We make sure all lifting equipment is kept and maintained to a safe standard for use by clients and colleagues, the public and lift maintenance personnel.​

We will undertake a lift inspection every six months for platform/stair lifts and every three months for passenger lifts.

We will arrange for our lift contractors to make an appointment with you to carry one out.

We are required to do this by law, and it is a condition of your tenancy that you allow these contractors access to your home.
